Return and Refund Policy

At AsusParts.in (Splendid Infotech), we strive to ensure you receive exactly what you need. To provide full transparency to our customers, please carefully review our return, exchange, and refund guidelines below.

⚠️ CRITICAL EXCEPTION – ELIGIBILITY & SHIPPING:

1. All electronic and laptop components (including Screens, Keyboards, Motherboards, and internal components) are strictly NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

2. This return policy applies ONLY to eligible Batteries and Adapters.

3. Important Note for Adapters: Reverse pickup is not supported for adapters under any circumstances. For both defective items and change-of-mind returns, adapters must be shipped back to us by the customer for a refund or replacement.

1. Return and Exchange Window

For eligible batteries and adapters, customers have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Return requests submitted after this 15-day window will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange on an eligible item, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, untampered, and undamaged condition.
  • All original labels, serial numbers, packaging, accessories, manuals, and protective materials must be intact and included in the return package.

3. Return Process

Please do not ship any items back to us without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and disposed of or returned at your expense.

Step 1: WhatsApp us at +91-9925115090 with your order number, invoice, the reason for the return, and clear photos or a short video demonstrating the issue (if claiming a defect).
Step 2: Await our review. We will respond with an approval status and specific packaging instructions.
Step 3: For approved returns, securely package the item. Depending on the item type and return reason, hand it over to our courier partner or ship it via your chosen carrier to the address listed on your invoice.

4. Resolution Scenarios

A. Seller Error or Defective Products (Eligible Items Only)
If you receive a defective, non-functional, or incorrect eligible item:

  • For Batteries: We will arrange a free pickup via our courier partners (we provide the return label).
  • For Adapters: Reverse pickup service is strictly unavailable. Customers must independently ship the adapter back to our facility using their preferred carrier to initiate a refund or replacement.
  • You may opt for a direct replacement or a full refund once the item is inspected.
  • If a replacement part is out of stock or unavailable, a full refund will be issued automatically.

B. Customer Error or "Change of Mind" (Eligible Items Only)
If you ordered the incorrect part/model or no longer need the eligible battery or adapter:

  • You may choose to exchange the item, request a refund, or request a full amount credit note.
  • Restocking Fee: If you opt for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for generating your own return label and shipping the item back to us at your own expense using your preferred courier. We do not arrange or pay for return pickups for these scenarios.
  • Once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, your replacement will be dispatched or your partial refund will be processed.
⚠️ CRITICAL - Please ensure that all returned items are securely packaged and safely shipped. Items that arrive damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed for eligible defective/incorrect items, or for eligible customer-error returns (subject to the 20% restocking fee).

  • All returned items are subject to a physical inspection upon arrival at our facility before any refund is approved.
  • Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional processing time to post the funds to your account. If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval email, please contact us at support@asusparts.in.

6. Strictly Non-Returnable Items

For quality assurance and security purposes, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Electronic & Laptop Components: Items such as laptop screens, keyboards, motherboards, and any other internal or external laptop components (except eligible batteries and adapters as stated above).
  • Items that have been physically damaged, altered, or tampered with by the user.
  • Products missing their original packaging, serial numbers, warranty stickers, or labels.
  • Custom-ordered or specially programmed components.
  • Software, digital products, and license keys.
  • Gift cards and credit notes.

Note: Items returned to us that fail our inspection due to usage, damage, tampering, or missing components will be rejected entirely and returned to you at your expense.

7. Shipping Damage and Refused Deliveries

  • If a returned item is damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging by the customer, the return will be rejected or receive a severely reduced partial credit.
  • Orders refused at delivery or returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be processed as a customer-error return (subject to the 20% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs).
